Hoop earrings have been popular since the time of the ancient Sumerians. Throughout history, the popularity of gold hoops have come in and out of fashion, never really disappearing completely, but they certainly have taken a hiatus since the 90?s… except here in Miami where yellow gold and sometimes white gold hoops are always in style. With Miami?s love of hoops, and the fashion industry starting to embrace this style trend again, we thought we would share some of Kirk Jewelers? personal favorite hoop looks.

Classic hoops are a simple design and come in all sorts of sizes and thicknesses. This look can work very conservatively with a smaller hoop, or you can go trendy with a hoop so large, it touches your shoulder. Both white gold or yellow gold work well with either look.
